Wetwork Finance — Debt Recovery & Execution Agreement

1. Definitions

Contingency Fee: The fixed 25% performance fee applied solely to successfully extracted and recovered capital.

Extracted Capital: The total gross monetary value recovered from outstanding commercial receivables and uncollected invoices through Wetwork execution.

Required Instruments: The core operational baseline consisting of the unpaid commercial invoice and a signed volmacht (legal power of attorney) authorizing representation.

2. Wetwork Execution & Mandate

No Win, No Fee Structure: Wetwork Finance operates strictly on a contingency basis. There are no upfront retainers, hourly charges, or hidden administrative fees.

Custom Extraction Framework: Every demand protocol, legal notice, and statutory pressure sequence is custom-tailored to the debtor profile and commercial relationship.

Best Efforts & External Factors: Wetwork guarantees maximum tactical execution. Because debt recovery relies on debtor liquidity and solvency outside of our direct control, 100% recovery speed cannot be mathematically guaranteed across every insolvent profile.

Fair Play Requirement: The client must maintain integrity of mandate, refraining from parallel collection efforts or direct side-deals with the debtor while the extraction protocol is active.

3. Client Protection & Guarantees

The Zero-Risk Guarantee: If zero capital is extracted, you owe €0. Wetwork absorbs the operational execution risk; we only win when your capital is returned to your treasury.

Immediate Fund Remittance: Upon successful extraction, recovered funds are immediately routed or transferred to the Client, minus the agreed 25% contingency fee, within standard processing windows.

4. Partnership Framework

The Direct Deal: We do not sell software or advisory hours; we extract trapped capital. You provide the unpaid invoice and the signed volmacht, and we handle the execution from start to finish.
